Why did I create the Former NFL Player Dental Discount Program? Back in 2006, I met a former NFL player at my Rotary Club in Bensalem, PA. Ron Davis, who played for the NFL in the 1970s, told me about his involvement with the NFLPA and was the president of the Philadelphia chapter at that time. Dr. Jerry Gordon - Director, Dr. Gordon did his undergraduate training at Rutgers University and graduated from University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey in 1993. He completed a general practice residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in 1994. Dr. Gordon is the most referenced dentist in America. His videos have more than 2.25 million YouTube views, his articles are found on thousands of websites, and he has been quoted in numerous media outlets and major publications including Family Circle, Men’s Health, and Philadelphia Magazine. In 2007, Dr. Gordon created a pilot program to help educate and treat former NFL players. In 2012, the NFLPA has introduced the member program as a part of its health outreach for the former players. |

Dr. Della Bella did his undergraduate training at Penn State University and graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson College of Dental Medicine in 1984. He was president of the Academy of Sports Dentistry from 2003-2005 and is the Team Dentist for the Cincinnati Reds. |
Dr. Adam Mychak graduated from the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Dental Medicine in 2007. He completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at Pittsburgh Dental School in 2008. Dr. Mychak treated college football players and members of the NHL Pittsburgh Penguins in 2007. |
Ron Davis was a former defensive tackle for the San Francisco 49ers and Arizona Cardinals. He serves on the Board of Directors for the NFLPA and is past president of the Philadelphia Chapter. He is currently the Chief Diversity Officer for Parx Casino in Bensalem, PA. |
Keith Krepfle was a former tight end for the Philadelphia Eagles and started in super bowl XV. He is currently the project Manager for oncology clinical operations at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. |
Tamer Tewfik started working on film sets as an audio assist which led him to begin freelancing for NFL Films in Mount Laurel. There, he gained much experience with their Emmy Award winning audio crews. He gathered his many years of experience, resources, and skills to launch SQ Productions as a FULL service production company. |
